Dip Coater Mass Production Equipment: Large Fully Automatic Hard Coating Equipment

This is a device that automatically performs all processes from cleaning to dipping and curing of a hard coat that can provide scratch resistance, weather resistance, and dirt resistance to large-sized injection-molded plastics.

This is a device capable of automatically and continuously processing multiple injection-molded plastic products sized 1,000×400 mm per batch, from ultrasonic cleaning in multiple tanks to dip coating and UV curing. Based on our years of experience, we prioritize vibration reduction, which is a crucial factor in dip coating (mass effect, placement of the drive source, and edge cutting) as part of our design philosophy. We understand the importance of each step in the coating process, including the role of ultrasonic cleaning in contributing to yield and the issues that can arise during the subsequent drying and curing processes (such as film irregularities), and we have been dedicated to creating equipment that satisfies our customers. The system also includes continuous monitoring of the paint, maintaining the liquid temperature according to requests, while automatically adjusting the liquid concentration by replenishing both the concentrated and diluted solutions to manage the coating within a consistent range of concentration and temperature. This is a mass production type hard coating device designed for large substrates, reflecting our experience and know-how.
